Already may 22 in Ukraine starts a new stage of easing of the quarantine. In particular, I plan to run urban public transport, to allow the hotels and kindergartens. Nevertheless, despite nationwide restrictions, which are set by the Cabinet of Ministers, different regions in different ways out of quarantine. So, in some cities, the quarantine only to tighten, while others, conversely, introduce breaks. The website “Today” examined how different Ukrainian cities come out of quarantine.
The weakening of the quarantine
The Cabinet of Ministers extended the effect of quarantine until 22 June, but eased a number of restrictions. In addition, from 22 may to 22 June, Ukraine introduced an adaptive quarantine, that quarantine restrictions will be set for each region, depending on the epidemiological situation.
At the same time, the government noted that some areas are not yet ready to mitigate the quarantine due to the large number of cases. For example, Chernivtsi region still remains one of the leaders by the number of cases. High rates are also saved in the Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne regions.
