The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko asks the members of the war Cabinet to carefully prepare for the meeting of the Council at which action will be taken to prevent a repeat of the situation with the explosions at the Arsenal in Kalinovka of Vinnytsia region.
“This trend represents a threat to national security, and I would ask you to carefully prepare for the meeting of the Council to ensure that we take all necessary measures promptly to prevent a repetition,” Poroshenko said at a meeting of the war Cabinet on Wednesday evening in Kiev.

Poroshenko stressed the need to learn to protect strategic assets and strengthen their protection.
He said that on the morning of Wednesday ordered the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak on strengthening the defense of strategic objects.
Previously, the defense Ministry said that the Arsenal of the Armed forces of Ukraine in Kalinovka of Vinnytsia region at 19:00 as 20:00 Wednesday not recorded any case of detonation of ammunition.
