The Minister of defense of Ukraine General of army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak signed the order about transfer to the reserve of soldiers of urgent service in October-December 2017, the press service of the defense Ministry.
It is noted that the document was signed in accordance with the decree of the President of Ukraine of February 24, 2017.
Thus, the first will go to “demobilization” soldiers with higher education – in October.
The rest will be discharged not later than the New year – November-December.

According to the document, the commander of the different types of troops have been instructed to ensure the orderly dismissal of the reserve soldiers who have served the established terms of military service, the maintenance of military discipline and compliance with statutory relations between servicemen.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the number of Ukrainian citizens subject to conscription for military service in October-November 2017, in the amount of 10 thousand 460 people, and has allocated for these purposes UAH 34.4 million.
