President Petro Poroshenko invited the cadets of the United States military Academy “West point” to come to Ukraine to get the experience of hybrid war Russia. He said this during a speech at the Academy, reports UNIAN.
The President invited the representatives of the Academy “West point” to join the project of assistance to military education in Ukraine through partnership with one of the Ukrainian military institutions.
“We are waiting for you in Ukraine, where you can learn more and get your own experience of hybrid war,” – Poroshenko addressed the audience.

He also reminded the military cooperation between Ukraine and the USA. According to him, the American trainers have improved the training of Ukrainian units, which led to lower losses during the fighting.
“Due to certain technical equipment, which has already provided US, the victims among Ukrainian soldiers has decreased considerably, and thanks to the new defense technology, we can save more lives, both civilian and military,” – said the head of state.
Earlier, the chief of the General staff of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko told, than the United States has helped Ukraine during the war with Russia. According to him, in the framework of the Ukrainian-American military cooperation Kiev has already received $ 600 million.
