The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine instructed the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine and security Service of Ukraine to the Russian Federation in the list of migration risk countries until September 30. The decision was taken at a government meeting on Wednesday.
The government adopted the plan of implementation of the presidential decree on the entry into force of the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine of July 10, 20117 year “On strengthening the control of entry to Ukraine, departure from Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship, respect them rules of stay on the territory of Ukraine”.
It is assumed that the foreign Ministry and the security service should ensure the update of the list of migration risk countries in particular including Russia, and to inform the Cabinet and the NSDC.

We will remind, the President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree enacted the decision of national security Council and defense of Ukraine of July 10, 2017 “On strengthening the control of entry to Ukraine, departure from Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship, compliance with the rules of stay on the territory of Ukraine”.
As noted, by his decree, the President instructed the Cabinet of Ministers and security service of Ukraine within one month to ensure the implementation of comprehensive measures to strengthen control over the entry to Ukraine, departure from Ukraine of foreigners, including citizens of the Russian Federation and persons without citizenship.
The Cabinet also needs to update the list of countries of migration risk, in particular, to contribute to the Russian Federation.
