Resignation sent to the Chairman of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine (SACU), Oleksandr Nechytailo. This was reported in the Facebook press-the Secretary of SACU Oksana Lysenko, citing a decision of the High Council of justice.
“The high Council of justice dismissed Chairman of the Supreme administrative court of Ukraine Nechitailo,” wrote Col.
Note that in June 2016 itself Nechitailo resigned.
