Scientists told how stress affects mothers

Scientists from University College London and Zhejiang University conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of data from multiple research reports “Orthodox”.

Professionals interested in studies that reported miscarriages in women suffering and not suffering from psychological stress.

The researchers found that miscarriage is 42% more often happens in women with high levels of psychological stress in the past. These participants had experienced traumatic events have problems at work, in relationships, financial and other difficulties.

The risk of miscarriage is increased before pregnancy.

Experts took into account factors that could affect the results. Scientists explain: as you know, stress is accompanied by an active production of stress hormones. Apparently, these hormones affect biochemical path responsible for maintaining a pregnancy.
