sour cream 25-30% fat 350 g
the classic yogurt – 280 g
lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon, depending on the acid lemon
salt – 1 teaspoon
Everything is carefully mixed, poured on the gauze (it is better to fold it into 2-3 layers) and put in the fridge under pressure for 6-8 hours.
