“According to the decree of Cabinet of Ministers # 134-R from 3.03.2017 year, Nasirov R. M. discharged of execution of powers by Chairman of the State fiscal service of Ukraine. This decision was not canceled and did not change, and therefore valid. Without a decision of the government to duty to proceed,” she wrote.
