“Decree of the President of Ukraine (on the termination of citizenship Saakashvili – ed.) and the order of the State migration service of Ukraine in the State border service is. According to him, the border guard, found in the implementation of border control the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or other passport, which is in the database and which is invalid, will act in accordance with the required algorithm.

“The passport is withdrawn, is given the certificate of its seizure and the person does not pass through the state border, because the citizen has no documents that give the right to cross the border,” he explained.

In Georgia, the former President is accused in several criminal cases. At home he faces up to 11 years of imprisonment.
