Kyiv economic court of appeal by the public Prosecutor of Kiev on 1 August made the decision on recognition invalid contracts for which the governmental residence “Mezhyhirya” (Kyiv oblast) retired in 2007 from public property. About this on his page in Facebook wrote to the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.
“The next step is a judicial determination of the responsibility of Yanukovych (ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych – Ed.) Stavytskyi (former Minister of energy and coal industry of Ukraine Eduard Stavisky – Ed.) and others for the illegal deal of a dictator,” – said Lutsenko.

Earlier, the Pechersk district court of Kiev arrested the house “Honka”, located in the former residence of ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych “Mezhyhiria.”
