“We need many objects which privatizations aren’t subject, to exclude from the list. You need to get enough good quality work of the state property Fund. And most importantly – to develop regulations to privatization were competitive,” – said Groisman.
He noted that the Verkhovna Rada has repeatedly failed to vote for changes in laws relating to privatization, since the public sector is the source of corruption and inefficiency.
“So privatization will be subject to one or other closures or the attacks from many sides,” – said Groisman.
The Prime Minister said that the government has already developed a new draft law on privatization, which was adopted at the last meeting of the Cabinet. This document, in the words of Groisman, creates the conditions for competition and a transparent system for privatization.
