The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, who arrived in Kiev yesterday for an official visit.
So, Lukashenka met in the best tradition, red carpet, music band and honor guard.
As previously reported, plans to meet Poroshenko and Lukashenko discuss economic cooperation. The leaders will hold talks in the format of “one on one” in the extended format.

In addition, the presidents will raise an important question – the settlement of the situation in the Donbas.
It is also expected to sign several agreements on cooperation in economy, science and technology, as well as in the fields of culture and international relations.
As reported, Alexander Lukashenko proposed to make the “Minsk process” more energetic. According to him, the existing format of settlement must remain, but it should activate.
