The ban on Russian sites: what I think of Ukrainian Internet users

About half of respondents (48%) do not support the introduction of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko sanctions against Russian Internet sites.

This is evidenced by data survey, Kantar TNS Online Track.

According to the survey, supports the ban on Russian sites more than one third of the Internet users. And only 16% hold an uncertain position: how to support and not support the ban.

Young people (42%) and residents of the East (43%) and South (42%) of the country’s most significant fully support this ban. Residents of the Western region (35%) and men (31%) are more fully support the imposition of sanctions.

The survey was conducted by online survey from 22 to 31 may 2017. Geography of research – all of Ukraine (except the ATO zone and Crimea), urban population, men and women aged 18-55 years.
