Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak said that the offensive operations of the militants and the Russian military in the Donbass is not yet in sight. He said this at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, reports 112.ua.
He assured that the situation is under control of the military.
“Threatening situations regarding the East of Ukraine in the formation of the enemy to conduct offensive operations we do not see. The situation we are in control, it is under control,” – said Poltorak.
Informed military expert Alexey arestovich said that Russia will not be able to seize the Ukraine, as it has no resources required the army on the horizon “looms” West.
At the same time the chief of the General staff Victor Muzhenko reported that located near the border with Ukraine Russian divisions are offensive oriented, and not for the defense of its borders.
