For the third tranche of macro-financial assistance from the European Union in December in the amount of 600 million euros, Ukraine is expected in October to show the fulfillment of all conditions. This was stated by Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis during a visit to Kiev, reports “Ukrainian truth”.
“We expect further progress in electronic Declaration and the fight against corruption. I also want to remind you that the requirement to solve the problem with the moratorium on the export of timber has not disappeared – we have adapted it of the conditions for the second tranche on the third,” – said Dombrovskis.
He added that another condition is the termination of duties on the export of scrap metal.

“We believe that the signatories to the agreement with the EU, should do it. We received a clear commitment that this fee will not be continued”, – he stressed.
Earlier it was reported that the EU is ready to allocate to Ukraine 600 million euros.
