The President of France Emmanuel macron in the near future intends to hold a series of meetings with foreign leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald trump. This was announced on Monday, 3 July, a source at the Elysee Palace, reports “RIA Novosti”.
According to him, the full agenda of the G20 summit, which will be held on 7-8 July in Hamburg, will not prevent the Macron to hold a series of bilateral meetings.
In particular, the French President is planning to hold a conversation with Putin in the development of the Versailles meeting, which took place in the framework of Russian President’s visit to France in late may.
Also scheduled contacts with the leaders of Australia, Argentina, China, South Korea, and on the eve of the G20 summit macron in Paris to meet with the President of Mexico.
Negotiations with trump are expected to be held July 13: U.S. President invited to Paris for Bastille Day.
