Putin’s visit to Crimea angered the foreign Ministry of Ukraine

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine expresses its protest against the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin annexed Crimea, because it is a gross violation of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. This is stated in the foreign Ministry statement, published on the Agency’s website.

As noted, Kiev considers the visit and other so-called “visits” of Russian officials in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol a grave violation of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, cynical and defiant disregard of the Russian party of the generally recognized norms of international law, including the UN Charter, resolutions of the UN General Assembly “Territorial integrity of Ukraine,” A / Res / 68/262 of 27 March 2014, “the State of human rights in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol,” A / Res / 71/205 from 19 December 2016, and obligations under bilateral and multilateral treaties to which parties are Ukraine and Russia.
