The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will consider the possibility of postponement of increasing the minimum insurance period from 15 to 25 years from 1 January 2018 and 1 January 2020, said Minister of social policy of Ukraine Andriy Reva.
“This proposal to give people the opportunity to adapt, and it will be submitted as a proposal to the Cabinet, and it will be considered,” said Reva to journalists after a meeting of the National Council of reforms on Friday in Kiev.
After that, the Secretary of the national Council of reforms Dmytro shymkiv has informed that a meeting of the Council was made the arrangement from the Minister of social policy of whether to postpone raising the minimum insurance period from 15 to 25 years from 1 January 2018 and 1 January 2020.
Reva added that in this way will be transferred to the whole scheme of raising the minimum insurance period for retirement from 25 to 30 years for 2020-2030.
