Full entry into force of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union implies a further deepening of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU. This was written by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman on his page in Facebook.
“Today the Dutch Parliament has ratified the Association Agreement EU – Ukraine. The decision of the Senate of the Netherlands is a final step to a full-fledged entry into force of the Association agreement. For us, this means the further deepening of cooperation of Ukraine with the EU on the principles of political Association and economic integration,” he wrote, Groisman.
According to him, the completion of the European partners of the ratification process of the Association Agreement shows “on support of Ukraine and Ukrainians the European community”. “Thank you for the support,” thanked the Ukrainian Prime Minister.
As it became known today, the Upper house of the Dutch Parliament (the Senate) supported the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
As reported, the lower house of the Dutch Parliament (House of representatives) 23 Feb officially confirmed the ratification of the Association Agreement with Ukraine.
To complete the process of ratifying the Agreement must also be ratified by the government of the Netherlands.
