The President of the United States Donald trump believes that Russia must fulfill its commitments on Ukraine. He stated this during a meeting with the President and Prime Minister of Italy, Sergio Mattarella and Paolo Gentiloni, according to “Interfax-Ukraine” with reference to the press service of the White house.
The White house noted that the American leader of the solidarity with Europe on the Ukrainian question.
“President trump confirmed transatlantic consensus on Russia’s involvement to responsibility for its actions in Crimea and Eastern Ukraine, and also stressed the importance of the beliefs of Russia to fulfil its commitments under the Minsk agreements,” said trump.
Wrote the Financial Times, trump could end the war in Ukraine during his visit to the NATO summit if you “grab” with a clear plan for resolving the Ukrainian issue.
