The Ministry of foreign Affairs (MFA) of Ukraine condemned the recent launch by the Democratic people’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) of ballistic missiles of average range. This reports the press service of the foreign Ministry, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“Ukraine condemns the recent launch by the Democratic people’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) of ballistic missiles of average range, which violates the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council. Despite the sanctions imposed by the international community, the DPRK leadership has resorted to further bold aggressive actions,” – said in a statement the foreign Ministry.
The Ministry said that, directing the remnants of state resources to develop nuclear and missile programs, Pyongyang official causes further suffering of its people and exposes the region is extremely dangerous spiral of destabilization, with unpredictable consequences.
“Ukraine believes that the continued provocations from Pyongyang, require more decisive and effective response and supports the use of all necessary leverage for the return of the DPRK in the international legal field”, – noted the Minister.
As reported, the launch of a ballistic medium-range missiles was made at 16:59 local time yesterday, may 21, and was declared successful. For the testing was watched by North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN, which approved its production.
