Kazakhstan has developed a new electric car, which costs only $ 200. This makes it the cheapest electric vehicles in the world, writes CarsTime.

Novelty is a compact sitikar, overall length of which does not exceed three meters. On the roof of the vehicle are solar panels which are able to charge the battery.
