The decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine of April 28, 2017 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”.
According to article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:
1. To enact the decision of national security Council and defense of Ukraine of April 28, 2017 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”.
2. Control over the implementation of decisions of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine, enacted by this decree to assign to the Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine.
3. To recognize become invalid:
The decree of the President of Ukraine of 16 September 2015 № 549 “On the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”;
The decree of the President of Ukraine dated 18 September 2015 № 550 “On the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine of September 17, 2015 “On amendments to Annex 1 to the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”;
The presidential decree of Ukraine from March 29, 2016 № 121 “About the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine from March 25, 2016 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) against persons involved in unlawful acts in relation Hope Savchenko, Oleg Sentsov and Alexander Kolchenko”;
The decree of the President of Ukraine of may 27, 2016 № 224 “About the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine from 20 may 2016 “On some personal special restrictive measures (sanctions)”;
The presidential decree of Ukraine from October 17, 2016 No. 467 “On the decision of the Council of national security and defense of Ukraine of September 16, 2016 “On the use of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)”.
4. This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
