Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko said that in Ukraine, about 1.9 million unemployed.
“Today, the unemployment rate … the number of unemployed persons hovers around 1.9 million of Ukrainians”, – he told on air of TV channel ZIK.
This Rozenko noted that in Ukraine about 18 million actually able-bodied citizens, of which insurance contributions to the Pension Fund paid about 11 million people.
Besides, 400 thousand people registered in employment Centers, according to Vice-Premier, these are the people who are entitled to unemployment assistance.
