Local budgets in Ukraine are growing 30 – 40%. This was stated by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman in Kiev.
“In many ways from 30 to 40% today is the growth of local budgets, and this is absolutely normal,” – said Groisman.
According to him, due to the decentralization reform in 2017, when budgets were balanced powers and instruments of power.
He added that the development budget of Kharkiv is UAH 4.8 billion. “This is a tremendous resource, using which you can do great things,” he said.
We will remind, earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on the redistribution of the rent for oil and gas production to local budgets.
