Sooner or later Russia will have to pay reparations to Ukraine and other States that it caused damage. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman.
“It is clear that it will not be tomorrow. But I do know that as Germany paid to the affected countries, and Russia would pay Ukraine and all those countries that are today causing losses,” he said.
The Prime Minister is confident that Moscow will return to Kiev all the occupied territories and to compensate all losses.
“I understand that it will take a lot of time and money, but there is no other way”, – said Groisman.
Recall that in 2014 Russia invaded Ukraine and took Crimea. Following this, in the Donbas supported Russia began military conflict that is still ongoing. Part of the settlements of Donetsk and Lugansk regions were captured by Pro-Russian militants.
