The police of Norway has detained the Russian citizen on suspicion of placing bombs in the subway of Oslo

Norwegian police detained the 17-year-old Russian suspected of laying bombs near one of the metro stations in Oslo, reports NRK with reference to the representative of the security police of Norway Signe Aalling.

According to Ealing, the detainee is a Russian citizen, however, did not name his name.

The detainee is accused of illegal handling of explosives.

It is reported that he had previously requested asylum.

A suspicious object was discovered in the Norwegian capital in the night from 8 to 9 April near the metro Greenland.
