The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has held a phone conversation cm German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French leader Francois Hollande, the press service of the Ukrainian President.
The leaders discussed the situation in Donbas, Poroshenko told the leaders of France and Germany that Russia, despite the cease-fire, not stop the shelling in the Donbass. The parties condemned the Russian aggression. The parties agreed that it is necessary to consolidate the cease-fire.
In addition, Poroshenko said about the release of captured Ukrainians, as well as the importance of working towards the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
The Ukrainian President thanked Merkel and Hollande for his support in the introduction of a visa-free regime for Ukrainians.
