The attack of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lutsk and synchronized with it in time attempt of overlapping of the route “Lviv – Rava-Russian” part of the directed actions, organized with one center – special services of the Russian Federation. It declares a press-the SBU center.
“Zero hours, eight minutes, March 29 at the administrative building of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lutsk, got a shot from a hand antitank grenade launcher. And at 10:15 the same day, a group of about a hundred people tried to block traffic on the highway “Lviv – Rava-Ruska”. The action was to continue until 22 o’clock in the evening, the participants were oriented on the active resistance to militiamen. The time and method of holding shares indicate the coordination of both provocations with the purpose of aggravation of Ukrainian-Polish inter-state relations and the operational environment within the state. Brought for 150 – 200 hryvnias, participants of the provocation, among which there was only one ethnic poles, burned tires and held in the hands of pre-made banners with slogans such as “Volhynia in the hearts” and “Poland remembers”. Among the participants in the provocation – persons without a certain residence and 22 minors”, – is spoken in the message.
Reportedly, the police unblocked the road and interviewed 92 detainees.
“The organizers of the action taken the written and electronic instructions on the procedure for its organization and conduct. Also, the participants in the provocation withdrew the flares and smoke bombs”, -is spoken in the message.
In SBU note that the two organizers reported about suspicion. The question on election of a measure of restraint in form of detention.
“As found by the operatives of the secret services, customer implementation of the illegal plan of the Russian special services the leader of the radical public organization “Emery” Nicholas Dulsky, which is on the territory of the Russian Federation, and who was wanted by Ukrainian police for the threat of murder”, – is spoken in the message.
In SBU note that Dulski – known agent of influence of Russian intelligence for money leads an active anti-Ukrainian activities in 2015.
Earlier the head of the Polish foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said Poland is ready to reopen their consulates in the Ukraine, when will be sure to ensure their complete safety.
“The Consulate will open when we will be sure that they will be guaranteed safety. Only when we are convinced that both we and the Ukrainian side has done everything possible to ensure the safety of our missions, we will restore the normal functioning of these institutions” – said Waszczykowski.
