Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) will gradually replace the bedding and other equipment in the passenger trains. This was announced by the Chairman of the Board of UZ Wojciech Balczun.
“Biting” quilts and feather pillows sent. Yesterday, the Board approved a new order of linens and equipment in the trains. We expect that our passenger in the short term forget about the crumpled, heavy, lumpy wool mattresses and questionable pillows, ” wrote Balcon.
According to him, the new blankets will be made of modern ecological materials.
“Refuse from the summer and winter versions of the blankets and go to year-round format. And get rid of the so-called” waffle towels “old-fashioned – instead, they will double, which is easier and more enjoyable to use”, – said Balczun, warning that the replacement of the entire inventory will not occur overnight.
As it was reported, “Ukrzaliznytsya” for the Easter holidays from 13 to 18 April appointed six additional trains from Kyiv to Kharkiv, Lviv, Kiev and the Dnieper, as well as from Lviv and Kharkiv to Uzhgorod.
