In Paris held a meeting of representatives of diplomatic agencies of the countries “Norman Quartet” without the participation of the Russian side, reported the Agency “Interfax-Ukraine” a source in diplomatic circles.
“The meeting in the Normandy format at the level of political advisers is taking place in Paris without Russia. Is Ukraine Vadim pristayko,” – said the Agency interlocutor on Friday afternoon.
Earlier, first Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs Vadym Prystayko reported on the refusal of the Russian side to take part in this meeting.
