President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he wanted to make his country “is not begging on his knees, the brothers” oil and gas, reports “RIA Novosti”.
“I wish our scientists have invented a new source of energy, that we not on my knees crawling even before our brethren, pleading with them and begging for a ton of oil or cubic meter of gas,” – said Lukashenko.
Previously, Alexander Lukashenko said that the accounting should not be the basis of Belarusian-Russian relations.
