The national security Council and defence of Ukraine (NSDC) supported the suspension of the transport message with the uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions in connection with the seizure of the Ukrainian enterprises and the deterioration of the situation in the zone of the military operation in the Donbass. This was stated by the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov.
According to him, the Council for the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine and national security decided to “temporarily until the implementation of paragraphs 1-2 of Complex of measures on implementation of Minsk agreements of February 12, 2015, and to return under Ukrainian jurisdiction seized enterprises, to stop the movement of goods across the line of contact”.
The decision of the national security Council took with regard to resceu escalation of Russian aggression against Ukraine, as well as the forcible seizure of the Ukrainian enterprises located on the territory of certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. In addition, the Council has considered and recognized in Russia at the state level “documents,” so-called”DNR” and “LNR”.
“Pursuant to the decision of the national security Council until 13:00 today will be closed all roads and railway lines leading to the demarcation line,” – said Turchinov.
