In Japan, the elephant is beaten to death by the trunk of an employee of the zoo, Kyodo reported, citing law enforcement, reports the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
According to the report, the tragedy happened in one of the most popular in Japan theme parks Adventure World.
Specialist in working with animals from Thailand Wichai MADI with a colleague entered the cage with a MOP to clean the elephant. Some time later, the animal visibly nervous, and then the trunk threw one of the employees to an iron fence. After that, the elephant several times dragged a man on the cage.
The victim was taken to hospital, but after a while he died from his injuries.
