The Board does not recommend the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the bill No. 6011, as, in the opinion of the Council, it contradicts the Constitution of Ukraine and is not consistent with the laws of Ukraine “On judicial system and status of judges” and “On the High Council of justice”, which are the base of implementing laws to the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (justice)”.
