Adviser to the head of SBU Yury tandit said that the head of the Center for the release of prisoners “Officer corps” Ruban Vladimir could not hold the prisoner exchange, the readiness to which he said. About it the representative of the SBU said on air of the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
According to him, Ruban could not carry out the exchange of prisoners themselves.
Also the adviser to the head of the SBU said that Russian security services recently organize provocations in the matter of exchange of prisoners, using the Ukrainian citizens and politicians.
“Russian special services are trying to put us to the negotiating table directly with terrorists. No exchanges Ruban could not hold. Last time at the invitation of the Ukrainian delegation, we began to help international representatives, we saw several provocations that were organized, including the use of our citizens. And, including, unfortunately, Nadia Savchenko,” – said of the Tandem.
According to Tandit, after these events, the SBU will keep on the demarcation line “some work”.
As yesterday said Vladimir Ruban, due to repropose it in PPC “Marinka” on Monday broke the exchange of prisoners, not covered by the Minsk agreement.
We will remind, the SBU detained Ruban for his unauthorized travel on February 24 in the occupied territory controlled by the so-called “DNR” together with the people’s Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko to meet with Ukrainian prisoners.
