Employees of the security Service of Ukraine (SBU) jointly with the Prosecutor’s office arrested members of an organized group “White Lions” (“White lions”) who had committed attacks and robberies on the inhabitants of Kropivnitsky.

“Militiamen established that the members of the group, composed of girls in social networks familiar to the victim. She was scheduled to meet in a secluded place, where other members of the group attacked the victim, robbed her, inflicted heavy damage on the video demanding the recognition of the alleged pedophilia. Then, blackmailing by posting videos on the Internet for a long time demanded money and other material values”, – stated in the message.

Operatives of the intelligence services learned that their actions, participants communicated with each other in a closed group social media, organized meetings, discussed details of the Commission of assaults. Recorded nearly 40 videos in which the participants of the “White Lions” group carried out attacks on local residents.
SBU seriali eight members of the group during the massacre of another victim. The organizers of the gang was two inspectors of the city detention facility, one of which SBU detained, the second is wanted.
