The Kyiv city Council took Ian Tabachnik eight acres of land

Kyiv city Council has terminated the lease of the land on the Dnieper embankment with the NGO “international creative center of Yan Tabachnik”. About it reports a press-service of the Kyiv city Council.

We are talking about 8,15 acres in the Bay area “Berkovska”, which, in 2003, the Kyiv city Council has transferred in rent for 25 years the international public organization “international creative center of Yan Tabachnik” (founders — Ian Tabachnik, Joseph Kobzon and Abraham Felder) for the construction, operation and maintenance of the elite club “Honor.”

It is noted that this decision did not take into account the conclusion of the State management of ecology and natural resources and did not meet the standards of the Water and Land code of Ukraine.

According to this, the Kyiv city Council in 2005 overturned a previous decision and ordered the General Directorate of land resources KSCA to terminate the lease of the relevant land.

As you know, as conceived by the chief architect Sergey Babushkin, 8 acres of the Dnieper embankment was planning to build a high-rise 200 m (on the lower floors, offices, and on the top of the hotel), the art center, concert hall 3.7 thousand and Parking for 1000 places.
