The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko intends to meet with the Vice President of the United States Mike Pence in the framework of the Munich security conference, which will be held from 17 to 19 February. This was announced by MP, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on foreign Affairs Hanna hopko, transfer “Ukrainian news”.
“It is important for Ukraine that the United States remained a principal ally in countering Russian aggression. It is important to keep on the eve of the Munich security conference, where the official Ukrainian delegation to the meeting of the President with the Vice-President of the United States a Penny,” said she.
Hopko believes this meeting is a great opportunity to prepare for a future meeting Poroshenko and U.S. President Donald trump.
