National Agency on corruption prevention (NACP) approved the procedure for the verification of electronic declarations and the procedure of monitoring the lifestyle of officials. On the informed source in NACP, reports “Ukrainian news”.
This procedure was developed by the Ministry of justice of Ukraine.
“Took orders developed by the Ministry of justice,” – said the source.
According to the interlocutor, NACP held at 15:00 an extraordinary session to approve data rules.
Earlier, the Ministry of justice has drafted a procedure of special checks of electronic declarations by the National Agency for prevention of corruption.
Recall that at the Cabinet meeting on 8 February the Minister of justice Pavlo Petrenko expressed dissatisfaction with the work of NACP.
According to him, the Ministry for several months, can’t figure out how to check declarations of officials. This work had to be performed by the employees of the Ministry of justice, public activists and experts. Document on the procedures for the validation of e-returns prepared, and now the Minister asks anti-corruption body to accept the proposed rules.
“We will not allow sabotage or any failures in this work. The fact that they (NACP – Ed.) independent, however, I will submit the proposal of the government and the Parliament for an immediate adoption of the amendments to the law and dismissal of all senior personnel NACP, if they do not take the order (check, e-declarations, – Ed.)”, – said Petrenko.
