In Kherson the night 41-year-old woman became the victim of the robber. Near the bridge crossing over the railroad tracks unknown ran up to it, put to the back of the knife and tried to grab the bag. The woman resisted, but an attacker with a knife cut handle bags, grabbed her and fled.

In the bag women there was money and a mobile phone.

The victim described the police description of the assailant and the direction in which he fled. On search of the malefactor oriented Hiking and autopatrols, investigators checked the area around the railway station and yards. It was later revealed that similar signs of the man was noticed in one of the cafes near the station. There went the patrol police officers and detained the malefactor.
It was the detainee 22-the summer inhabitant of the Berislav district, previously convicted for property crimes. After the robbery he went to the cafe to rest for the money of the victim.
As reported by the chief of sector of criminal police of the Kherson police Department Andrew Scalibor, opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 187 (robbery) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The malefactor is threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
Earlier it was reported that in the Kherson region as a result of the attack suffered a 35-year-old from Kharkov – bus driver. The attackers beat the man and wounded him in the shoulder. After that, the criminals took the driver’s money.
