The claim of Ukraine against Russia in the International criminal court in the Hague could last about five years. This was told by Deputy Minister of justice in European integration Sergei Petukhov, reports 112.ua.
He noted that in early March, from 6 to 9, the number will be considered regarding the claim of Ukraine to Russia. According to him, Ukraine has requested the court to prohibit the Russian Federation to take actions on the discrimination of the Crimean Tatar population and assistance to the separatists in the Donbas.
If the court so decides, then the monitoring of its implementation will be submitted to the UN Security Council.
Roosters also said that the court then turned to the consideration of procedural points, and then to the point.
The representative of the Ministry of justice added that an average of 5 years is necessary for the consideration of such cases.
Recall, 16 January the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine filed a suit regarding the violation by Russia of the UN Convention on combating financing of terrorism and the Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination international court of justice in the Hague.
