President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed three heads of RGA Odessa, Chernihiv and Sumy regions. This is stated in the instructions posted on the website of the President.
According to the decree, in accordance with the submitted statements, was fired the head of Saratsky district of Odessa region Mikhail lion and the head nosivs’kyi district administration in Chernihiv region Victor Mishchuk.
But the head lypovodolyns’kyi district administration in Sumy region Valery oleshchenko, according to the decree of President from February 6, dismissed in accordance with part 9 of article 118 of the Constitution, which States that the regional or district Council may Express no confidence in the Chairman of the relevant local state administrations on the basis of which the President makes a decision and gives a reasoned response.
