Permanent representative of Russia to the UN Vitaly Churkin responded to the statement by the new U.S. permanent representative to the UN, Nikki Haley in occupied Crimea phrase from the us Constitution, reports “RIA Novosti”.
“In this regard, it is important to remember that the Constitution of the United States has made such remarkable historic words: “We the people”. The people of Crimea quite clearly expressed its will on the “referendum”, – says the Russian Ambassador.
