The Minister of foreign Affairs of Mexico Luis Videgaray did not rule out the possibility of going to the UN in connection with the intention of US President Donald trump to build a new wall on the border of the two countries.
Earlier, trump announced that DHS will immediately begin the construction of the wall on the border with Mexico. Preparatory activities in the framework of the project for the construction of the wall must be completed within 180 days of the decree of the trump. The Mexican President then announced that his country will pay nothing for the construction of the wall on the border with the United States.
“We must take action that will be effective at the time when events will happen,” said Videgaray broadcast channel Televisa, answering the question about the possibility of appealing to the UN.
At the same time, he noted that while we are talking only about the statements from the American side.
“While there is no action, about which you can say, but we do not reject any possibilities,” the Minister said.
