This was stated at a briefing head of the Main military Prosecutor of the GPU Maxim Crimea, reports NewsOne.
According to him, the existence of a letter of Yanukovych to Putin, the Prosecutor General’s office has long been known.
“But we took all necessary measures regarding the establishment of circumstances of Commission of the criminal offense, the presence of these actions constitute criminal offenses. After we get an unconditional proof of the authenticity of the signing by Yanukovych of this message and confirm to them, including in the media that he addressed this letter to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine took the decision to message him about suspicion in Commission of criminal offenses”, – he explained.
