The administration elected President of the USA of Donald trump after his inauguration is going to plan policy in relation to Russia. This was announced by the candidate for the post of U.S. permanent representative to the UN, Nikki Haley, reports “RIA Novosti”.
“It’s important that we — the national security Council and the President-elect is gathered and developed a plan for Russia: what can we expect from them… what violations will lead to additional sanctions,” said Haley at the hearings in the Senate, which discusses her candidacy for the post of UN Ambassador.
So Hayley answered the question senators about whether it supports the introduction of additional sanctions against Russia.
If approved, Hayley will be succeeded as Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power. Haley has served as Governor of South Carolina since 2011.
Recall that economic sanctions against Russia can be canceled at any time, after fulfilling certain conditions, said the OSCE Chairperson, Austrian foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz.
