Scientists have named the fruit for overcoming depression

Scientists have found that regular consumption of kiwi helps to reduce the effects of stress on the body.

The experiment was conducted by doctors from New Zealand: part of volunteers in a month and a half, eat half a kiwi daily, and the other part — two of the fruit.

The result of the experiment revealed that regular consumption of kiwi fruit in food increases the level content of vitamin C. Particularly quickly increased vitamin content in the body of those volunteers, the diet which had no other fruits rich in vitamin C.

The researchers also noticed that those participants who eat in the day, two kiwi, do not suffer from depression and more energetic.

Researchers said: vitamin C can effectively protect the body from stressful situations and their consequences: even long-term chronic stress can be treated with vitamin C.

To get the human body needs daily dose of vitamin C is enough to eat one kiwi a day.

This fruit, in addition to vitamin C, contains plenty of useful minerals: potassium helps to lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension, strengthens blood vessels and capillaries as a means of prevention of thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
