The senior group of Russian military specialists in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Peru major-General Andrey Starkov congratulated Peruvian cadets in connection with the termination of the Military school in Chorrillos (EMCH).
“Happy to congratulate the Peruvian students with the completion of the Military school in Chorrillos the name of Colonel Francisco Bolognesi (Bolognesi Francisco),” said FPP Russian General, noting their diligence and perseverance in study.
Giacomo Hector Yaki Arcana (Giacomo Héctor Ayaqui Arcana), Luis Fabian Marquez Cienfuegos (Cienfuegos Luis Fabián Márquez) and Henry Enso Flores Salas (Henry Enzo Flores Salas), graduates EMCH, who, in accordance with the Russian-Peruvian cooperation agreement from 2011 trained in the training centers of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation, was adopted Starkov, September 20 at the headquarters of the group of Russian military specialists in Lima.
According to a senior group of Russian military experts, Lieutenant Yaki achieved high results during their studies in the Russian far Eastern Higher military command school and has a chance to be nominated for the award.
“The level of tactical training, skills acquired in the management of tanks, small arms and rocket-propelled grenades is quite high,” said Yaki that for high rates in the study process was presented to the Russian award.
Junior lieutenants Luis Fabian Cienfuegos Marquez and Henry Enso Flores Salas, Military Academy of radiation, chemical and biological protection in the city of Kostroma, are also worthy representatives of this respected institution and seek to obtain a diploma.
Cienfuegos Marquez and Flores Salas study the issues of radiation, chemical and biological safety. To date the Ministry of defence of Peru there were no experts of this profile, and will soon be put into service in the fight against terrorism and other threats posed by weapons of mass destruction.
It should be noted that during the graduation ceremony of 225 cadets of the Military school in Chorrillos the name of Colonel Francisco Bolognesi was attended by the President of Peru Pablo Kaczynski. From 1 January 2017 they will service as officers in the Peruvian army.
The release consists of 18 girls and 207 young people, eleven of whom studied abroad in Russia (Yaki, Cienfuegos and Flores), Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil.
The ceremony was attended by the chief of the joint command of the Armed Forces, Admiral Jorge Moscoso Flores (Jorge Moscoso Flores), as well as commander of the air force General aviation Dante Arevalo abate (Dante Arevalo Abate) and the commander of the Navy Admiral Edmundo Deville del Campo and others.
